A Quality Product Safely Delivered
Our goal at Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing is to deliver and install a product of the highest level of workmanship and do so timely and safely.  Lasiter implements several procedures to accomplish the goal.   Pictured left is Jesse Smith, Safety Committee member, going down the check list during an early morning truck check.  Of the things checked includes fire extinguisher inspection tags; ladders, extension cords, and power tools in good repair; and vehicle inspections up to date. jesse.jpg (169503 bytes)
safety7.jpg (32493 bytes) Lasiter & Lasiter contracts with a safety consulting firm, Holland & Associates, to conduct monthly safety meetings covering the major areas of OSHA requirements as well as common job hazards and to conduct on the site inspections.  To the right, Rick Mayer is going down the check list of safety areas at a top out.

Monthly safety meetings typically include a lecture, video, and written test over OSHA issues, driving, lifting, or other areas of hazard.  Pictured below is the April 30, 2001 meeting in which everyone was divided into teams who then visited various stations in the yard to receive instruction and get some hands on experience in lifting and loading.
